Stanaway to miss rest of season

Richie Stanaway will miss the remainder of the Formula Renault 3.5 season as a result of his recent crash at Spa. The Kiwi fractured two vertebrae after crashing into the back of Carlos Huertas during the second wet race of the weekend. While there was some hope that he may be fit for the next round of the championship at the Nurburgring later this month , Stanaway confirmed on his Facebook page on Friday that he will miss the rest of the season
