Pirates recall McCutchen, reinstate Qualls
The Pittsburgh Pirates recalled pitcher Daniel McCutchen from Triple-A Indianapolis and reinstated Chad Qualls from the bereavement list on Tuesday.McCutchen has spent the entire 2012 campaign in the minors after appearing in 73 games last year for Pittsburgh
